Description Monthly charge depends of the power consumption as it's included on the bill with the fixed mooring fees: for us, it's roughly 520 euros/month. Add a charge of 150 euros/year for water supply. This include a private car park and various services offered by the port. No local nor property taxes. The boat is lucky being close to the dock so we can use a tiny garden where we cultivate strawberries, leeks, herbs and put a second terrace. The price include the transmission for the mooring.
