This is very comfortable, attractive boat cruising in the Upper Loire Valley, home to numerous chateaux, stately homes and unchanged villages. Enjoy the slow pace of life typical of the region; a glass of Sancerre wine and Crottin de Chavignol, a delicious goats cheese produced locally on the sun deck while your captain guides Chanterelle along the Loire Lateral canal, along which you will see the world famous 662 meter canal aqueduct built by Gustave Eiffel taking you over the river Loire.
