Brief summary for River Rhone
The Rhone is France's gate way to the Mediterranean sea. With the source located high in the French Alps and passing through the Cote du Rhone vineyards, the beautiful city of Avignon, the landscape is varied and very interesting.
If you are cruising down from the north of France, you can join the Rhone at Lyon.
Be careful this river has a large volume of water and is not easy to navigate. Although there are less difficulties than the Rhine, you should still be prepared and have you craft in good condition.
